About us
Let me introduce us to you. My name is Marc Sobel. My wife Cynthia and
I live on North Shore Road in Bass Lake. We have owned our home for
almost 5 years as a second home and know the frustration and worry of a
absentee homeowner. I can tell you we have left the furnace on, the
water on (not winterizing the house). We had a tree fall, vehicle
accident in our yard, attempted break-in, broken dock cable, and a Jet
ski rope come loose, not to mention milk left in the refrigerator for
weeks. This last June we moved to Bass Lake permanently.
You may already know us through our web site, BassLakeCa.com.
We believe in community service as I serve as President of the Bass
Lake Homeowners Association. I am my own handyman. I
have re-piped a house, framed a garage, wired light fixtures.
Your home service begins with personal interview and a
detailed walk around your home. We will establish a check list with you
covering the items you want us to look at.
