The main floor has a living room, dining area, fully equipped kitchen, powder room, laundry area and master bedroom with queen bed and full bathroom (with tub). The second floor has three bedrooms.  One bedroom has a queen bed, one has a queen bed and a twin bed and one has twin bed.  There is also a full bathroom (with shower stall). The living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Additional amenities: High speed wireless Internet, washer and dryer, Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, wood burning fireplace, refrigerator with ice maker and ice/water dispenser, gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, toaster oven, charcoal BBQ. No boat trailer parking.
